He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Broomell and Viola Broomell (Harris). He is survived by: his wife Lois Broomell (Mulford); his children, Kelly McCord and Scott (Olga); his granddaughters, Alyssa and Amanda; his sister-in-law Ruth Newsome; his close friends, Herb, Barb Yarger and Becky Rogers; and also Lynn MacEwan (Newsome). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
