He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Allen and Avis G. Allen; and his sister Avis Griner. He is survived by: his wife Sonia Allen (Sunny); and his daughter Michelle Allen (Ken Wilson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
