He was predeceased by: his spouse Merion L. Gouza; and his parents, Julius J. Gouza and Jessamyn B. Gouza. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Gouza (Coleen) of Ocean View, NJ. and Paul Gouza (Laurie) of Newtown, PA.; his grandchildren, Hailey Gouza of Cherry Hill, NJ. and Madison Gouza of North Wales, PA.; and his sister Carolyn (Lance Billingsley). He is also survived by his family and friends.
