He is survived by: his wife E. Carol Frisby of Ocean City, NJ; his children, Elizabeth Ann Frisby of Ocean City, NJ and James C. Frisby, Jr. of Cherry Hill, NJ; his grandchildren, John D. Rogalsky, Laura Rogalsky, Joshua Rogalsky, James B. Frisby and Evan Frisby; and his great grandchild Madalyn Rogalsky.
