He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Rackley and Gloria Rackley; and his siblings, Gary Harmon, Diane Hayes, Wesley Rackley and Wendy Rackley.
He is survived by: his children, Chamara Farmer (Faith), Stephen West and Maxwell Shurig (Zach); and his siblings, William Rackley (Pop), Mark Rackley and Kim Rackley-Corbi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
