With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Callahan (Northfield, New Jersey), born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, who passed away on October 30, 2018 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Callahan; her brothers, Johnny Schoppy and William Schoppy Jr.; her nephews, William Joseph Talarico, Jr. and Thomas J. Callahan Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Williamette DeVinney, William Joseph Talarico Sr., Raymond P. Callahan and Thomas J. Callahan Sr..
She is survived by: her parents, Hazel Curley and William Schoppy; her sister Barbara Talarico; her sister-in-law Barbara Gale Schoppy; her niece Diane Talarico-Cavanaugh (James Cavanaugh); her nephews, David Talarico (Kim), John Schoppy (Tracy), Armand Schoppy (Irene) and Melissa Lagroteria (Sam); her great-nieces and great-nephews, William Cavanaugh (Jamie), David Talarico, William Talarico (Billy), John Schoppy, James Schoppy, Ryan Lagroteria, Chase Lagroteria, Kali Cavanaugh, Molly Cavanaugh, Samanta Schoppy and Brianna Lagroteria; her sister-in-law Nancy M. Callahan; her nieces and nephews, Diane Davis Sally Murphy, Patricia A. Coady (Frank), Elizabeth M. Laney (Raymond), Darryl DeVinney William (Deborah), Raymon P. Callahan and James P. Callahan (Ha); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Meghan Spinelli, Marie Callahan, Kathlynn Reidenback, Nicholas Laney, Caleb Laney, Ryan Paul and Dean Coady.
