It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley A. Markey (North Plainfield, New Jersey), who passed away on January 30, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Schultz and Edith Schultz; her sisters, Mildred, Margaret, Doris, Elaine and Dorothy; and her son Kevin.

She is survived by: her husband James Markey; her children, James, Jr. (Judy), Patrick (Eileen), Robert, Sharon, Shirley Avellino (Scott), Brian (Jaime), Keith (Karen) and Joseph (Aimee); and her sisters, Joyce Birolin and Carol Betances. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
