He was predeceased by: his parent Angelina M. Clark (Perillo). He is survived by: his parent John J. Clark; his wife Patricia Olive Clark (Horner); his children, Steven Grant Clark (Joanne Trost Clark), Barbara Lee Collins and Martha (Kenneth Malavasi); his grandchildren, Leigh Ann (Matthew R. Panas), Erica Lynn (James Lang), Jennifer, Trisha and John; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Blake, Matthew and Stephen.
