She was predeceased by: her husband Martin F. Ammenwerth. She is survived by: her parents, Luise Hofmann and Vitus Hofmann; her children, Marty V. Ammenwerth of New Providence, Eileen Helberg (J. R.) of Union, Laurie Closs (John) of New Providence and Doris Dundorf (Andrew) of Hillsborough; her sibling Edmund Hofmann (Joanna); her grandchildren, Joey, Eddy, John (Abby), Kelly Ann (Steven), Kimberly, Timmy, Kenny Martin and Kaitlyn; and her great grandchild Emerson Joy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the New Providence Rescue Squad , Our Lady of Peace Church or to Sage Eldercare.
