Grace Hurley Southard Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Hurley Southard of New Egypt, New Jersey, born in Jackson, New Jersey, who passed away on April 10, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert M. Hurley and Caroline Burroughs Hurley; her siblings, Ruthie Hurley Letts, Carolyn "Honey" Hurley Hughes, Marie Hurley Caines, Pattie McGee Libby, Bill, Wilson, Walter, Benny and Bobby Hurley; and her son-in-law Daniel Orts, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth "Chuck" Southard, Deborah Southard Majzer (Robert "Stretch"), Carol Southard Lupton, Roberta Southard Orts, Peggy Southard Tilghman, Barbara Southard Scoville (Al) and Robert "Bobby" Southard, Jr.; and her sisters, Mary Hurley DiNardo and Linda Hurley Clark. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any chapter of the American Cancer Society.
