He is survived by: his aunt Emma; his wife Tammy Armour; his daughter Chamia M. Smith; his parents, Martha A. Smith-Perry (Isaih) and Elisha Howerton, Jr. (Marge); his brother Elisha Howerton III (Elsa); and his friends, Horace, Helen Thompson, Marna Williams, Calvin Williams, Jr. and Deacon Calvin Williams, Jr.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
