He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jason and Jennifer Barko; his grandchildren, Alexandra and Mallory; his children, Samantha and Jim Withum; his grandchildren, Jack, Ryan and Cameron; his children, Amanda and Sean Cuttler; his grandsons, Evan and Max; his former wife Annemieke; and his parents, John J Barko and Olga Barko (Szabo). He was also cherished by his children and golf with friends.
