He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Mazur and Anna Mazur; his wife Jo-Ann; his daughter Melissa Mazur; and his sister Joyce Picariello.

He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Kennedy (Michael) and Jennifer Araya; his grandchildren, Zackery, Emma, Christian, Melissa and Caitlyn; and his siblings, Robert Mazur and Marilyn Mazzola. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the Mazur family has asked that donations be made to Disabled American Veterans, in Alexander's name.
