He is survived by: his wife Maryann; his children, Tara Higgins, John Higgins (Jay) and Andrew Higgins; his stepchildren, Dee O'Leary Chappell (Keith), Donna Gurkas (Charlie), Kathy Romanovich Estler (David) and George Nolan (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Jake, Justin, Zach, Kasey, Kiely, Emilia, Wyatt, Marissa, Griffin, Courtney, Alyssa, Megan, Katie and Benjamin.
