He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Buoye, Sr. and Frances Elizabeth Buoye (Kopp); his wife Lucila V. Buoye; his son Jason Buoye; and his brothers, Dennis, Richard and Robert Buoye.
He is survived by: his sons, Alexander (Arleen) and Brian Buoye (Yvonne); his grandsons, Xavier and Brandon Buoye; and his siblings, Suzanne Paul, JoAnn Anderson, Diane Chadwick, Michael, James and Timothy Buoye.
