He is survived by: his former wife Kathy; his sons, Dan and Greg; his sisters, Patricia Larkin and Janet Castley; his pet Tripp; his caregivers, Kate and Colleen Lybarger; and also, Amy Wong, Katie McDevitt and Kathy Fallon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
