She was predeceased by: her parents, Victoria Garcia and Foster Garcia. She is survived by: her children, LaToya Salter and Victor Smith; her siblings, Kathleen Carter and Foster Garcia; and her grandchildren, Isaiah Dixon, Mikayla Salter, Ava Salter and Tyson Salter. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
