He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Scalise and Mary Scalise. He is survived by: his wife Anna Scalise; his children, Maryanne Loughran (Stephen) and Joseph M. Scalise (Abigail Doolittle); his grandchildren, Victoria, Nicholas Loughran, Henry and Thomas Scalise; and his sister Rita Mihalitsch.
