He was predeceased by: his parents, Biagina Tobacco Garro and Joseph Garro, Sr.; and his brother William "Willie" Garro. He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Garro, Jr. and Concetta "Connie" D'Angelo (late Aldo); his granddaughter Sophia; and also, Patricia Ann Scardino, Nicholas A. Scardino, Jr. (Robin), Michael C. Scardino (Toni) and Anthony P. Scardino (Dawn).

CEMETERY GUIDELINES: - Cemeteries in the Diocese of Camden state that all guests attending services must wear masks / facial coverings (unless under the age of 2) during the entire service.
