He was predeceased by: his parents, Ola Johnson and Hal Johnson; and his brother Eddie. He is survived by: his children, Chris Johnson (Jenn) and Kathryn Gates (Bill); his grandchildren, Hunter, Payton Johnson and Emily Gates; and his siblings, Sharron Johnson and Thurman Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
