It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Parker Thompson (Morristown, New Jersey), born in Climax, Georgia, who passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Mock and Mattie L. McClendon; her husband Bennett "Benny" E. Thompson Sr.; her brothers, Willie Mock and Jimmy Lee Walker; and her stepdaughter Joanne Thompson.
She is survived by: her sister Cloretha Walker of Morristown, NJ; her children, Anthony Parker (Denise) of Chesapeake, VA, Renea Parker (Dave) of Union, NJ and Yvette Parker of Dover, NJ; her stepchildren, Bennett Thompson Jr., Kathy Smith (Anthony), Rosalyn Simmons and Barry Kimbrough; her goddaughter Lora Clark; and her grandchildren, Jessica Parker-Priester (Jumall) of San Diego, CA, Anthony Parker, Jr. of San Antonio, TX, Latasha Marrow (Eugene) of Roselle, NJ, Christa Joisil (Samuel) of Union, NJ, Ashley Parker, Christopher Parker of San Antonio, TX, Ryan Parker of Germany and Madison Parker of Naples, FL.
