He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Hiestand and Jane Hiestand (Kayler). He is survived by: his wife Amy (Heidkamp); his children, Daniel Hiestand (Candice) and Emily Black (Eric); his grandchildren, Riley Crawford, Abigail Hiestand, Joseph Black, Evelyn Black and Reed Black; his brother David (Candace); his mother-in-law Jean Heidkamp; his siblings-in-law, Ellen Foglia (Tony), Janet Heidkamp, Nancy Tanney (Joe), Philip Heidkamp (Tammy) and Mark Heidkamp (Patty); and his aunt Kathryn Myers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
