He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lanzillotti and Helen Lanzillotti; and his child Eddie Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carol Lanzillotti; his children, Anthony Lanzillotti (Debbie), John Lanzillotti Jr. (Yamin), Samantha Schafer, Julie Palov (Brett), Nancy Lewis, Curtis Lanzillotti, Bobby Lewis and Amy Haynes; and his siblings, Lisa Myers (Greg) and Frankie. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
