It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniel J. Friel Jr. of Maple Shade, New Jersey, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Friel and Roseann Friel; and his siblings, Francis Friel, Kathleen Friel and Roseann McWilliams.

He is survived by: his son Jayden Friel; and his sisters, Bernadette A. Dunn (Dennis), Patricia Bianco (Tony) and Eileen Friel. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.

“I met Dan back in the late seventies. I remember him as a bartender in a couple of the bars on Main street. They were some fun times in our youth. Over the years I met up with Dan At stores I worked in. Clover and Macys. I was impressed that at times the whole family was shopping. Dan, Fran, his mom and sisters, That was so cute. I was always glad to see Dan . I would see him also in out local Cinnaminson Shoprite but lately had not seen him around. I missed him. I am so sorry for your loss.”
