He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. and Mildred Rice Quakenbush Sr.; and his former wife Alice Fenton Quakenbush. He is survived by: his wife Jean Mulford Quakenbush; his children, Lynn Davila of Wall Twp, William J. Quakenbush, III of Wall Twp and John Quakenbush (Dana) of Wall Twp; his grandchildren, Christopher Quakenbush (Kristin), Samantha Kennelly, Aidan, Grace and Sophie Quakenbush; his stepdaughter Debbie Underhill (Henry); and his son Morgan Mulford.
