He was predeceased by: his sister Margaret Cassamassa; and his parents, Giuseppe Izzo and Ersilia Izzo. He is survived by: his wife Ann Izzo; his children, Joseph Izzo (Karen), Stephen Izzo (Jackie), Daniel Izzo (Michelle) and Jean Kessler; his grandchildren, Dylan, Tyler, Katie, Jessie, Michael, Zachary, Joaquin, Dante, Javier and Delia; and his great grandchildren, Oliver and Henry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made in Joseph's memory to St. Vincent Martyr Church, 26 Green Village Road, Madison, NJ 07940.
