He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mack and Ethel Mack. He is survived by: his wife Mary Mack of Madison; his children, Charles Mack (Melissa) of Madison and Karen Mack of Japan; his sister Janet Goodwin; and his grandchildren, Kate and Jack.
