He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rosemary Ruggier; his children, John J. Ruggier (Michele), Sam Ruggier (Karen) and Rosemary Marranzino (Paul); his parents, John J. Ruggier and Lucy Ruggier; his sisters, Mary Jane Puy, Barbara Ruby and Mildred Carlascio; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Paul, Ava, Johnna, Sophia, Anthony, Nicholas, Samuel and Julia.
