She was predeceased by: her husband Walter; and her siblings, Reverend Robert J. Piatkowski and Ethel A. Sekelsky. She is survived by: her siblings, Arthur Piatkowski (Marie) and Frances Bradley; her children, Sharon Wlosek, John Wlosek (Karen) and Kenneth Wlosek (Heidi); her grandchildren, Keith (Andrew), Michelle and Michael Wlosek; and her caregiver Kofi. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
