He was predeceased by: his parent Juanita Bennet-Mills; and his siblings, Catherine Jones, Ernestine Donald, Sam Mills Jr., Ernest Bennet, Dorothy Bennet and Caroline Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Shaw of Long Branch, NJ; his sons, Wallace W. Shaw Jr. (Blanche) of West Orange, Jayson Shaw of Long Branch and Reggie Padilla of Long Branch; his grandchildren, Sherae Andrews of Florida, Asia Shaw-Williams (Pamela) of Linden, Kemani Goldsmith, Isaiah Goldsmith of West Orange, Azariah Fields-Shaw of Bloomfield and Aaron Shaw of West Orange; and his siblings, Lillian Finely of Cliffwood, NJ, Micheline Daniels (Clifford) of Neptune, NJ, Raymond Bennett of Asbury Park, NJ, Leon Mills of Ocean, NJ and Jeananne Mills of New Orleans. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM and at 6:00 PM at the New Hope Church of God (200 Long Branch Ave, Long Branch, NJ 07740).
