He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Tyler and Annie Doris Tyler; his aunt Vera; and his uncle Donald Tyler. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Rita Tyler, Ashley Tyler, Alyce Tyler, Kelvin Tyler, Jr. (KT), Lisa Seals and Alexis Victoria Tyler; his stepchildren, Jesenia Rivera, Anibal (Nick) and Jonathan Rivera; his grandchildren, Elijah, Jaiden, Anthony, Joniyah, Tyler, Aaliyah, Noah, Olivia, Noelle, Calysta, Kadin, Samantha, Makayla and Addison; and his siblings, Rudolph Craig Tyler, Karl M. Tyler (Tanya), Eric D. Tyler, Charilyndra McIntosh and Cheryl Salley (Charles F.). He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lawson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (243 Broadway, Long Branch, NJ 07740).
