She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Whitcraft and Jeannette Whitcraft (Bobby) of Oyster Bay. She is survived by: her husband Steven Mintz; her sons, Ben (Jess) and Tom (Nikki Hurt); her siblings, Edward Whitcraft (Keats), Jannie Mills (Paul), Reg Whitcraft (Donna Adams), Alexandra Whitcraft (Richard Arthur) and Philip Whitcraft (Denise); her mother-in-law Helen Mintz; and her sisters-in-law, Jodi Van Nest (John) and Nancy Kautz (Rob). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a donation to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Southern Poverty Law Center, or any organization committed to making good, necessary trouble would be welcome.
