With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Hajjar (Little Falls, New Jersey), born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on November 5, 2018 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Syrian and Nicholas G.; her siblings, Emily, Elizabeth, George and Joseph; her husband George; and her children, JoAnn Byrnes and Joseph.
She is survived by: her sisters, Laurice Dikdan and Georgina Dahab (Albert) of Woodland Park; her daughter Eloise Hajjar; her son-in-law Joseph Dowd; her grandson Morgan G. Dowd of Lincoln Park; and her daughter Jo Ann. She is also survived by her many friends, "Aunt Jo" is remembered by three generations of nieces and nephews.
