She was predeceased by: her husband George J. Byrne. She is survived by: her children, Eileen Marshall (Mrs Robert) of Warren Co, Kathleen and Kevin G. Byrne (Will Ameringer) of Palm Beach; and her granddaughters, Alexandra Marshall, Elizabeth Marshall, Kathleen A. Ferguson and Alice Patel (Rajan). She is also survived by three great-grandsons.
