She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Weber and Ida Weber (Lewis). She is survived by: her husband Charles Van Winkle; and her children, Charles Van Winkle, Jr. (Claudia), Pamela Skurat (David), Brian Van Winkle and Mark Van Winkle (Carol). She is also survived by her siblings but is survived by many nieces and nephews.
