He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Fox and Elaine Fox. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Fox; his children, William Fox Jr. (Kimberly), Diane Cruz (Luis) and Christina Fox (Eric); and his siblings, Elaine Watson, Kenneth (Zoe), Gerald (Laura) and Robert (Linda). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
