He was predeceased by: his grandmother Elsie Johnson; and his uncle Mark Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Rodriguez; his stepfather Michael; his siblings, Alison Struzek (Tim), Tyler Rodriguez and Dalton Rodriguez; his grandfather Bill Johnson (Barbara); his niece Paytyn Struzek; and his father William Dennis of Florida. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
