He was predeceased by: his parent James Slack. He is survived by: his parent Miriam Akers Slack; his daughters, Marie Slack and Vickie Eckard (Brian); his grandchildren, Joshua Eckard and Carson Eckard; his brother Michael D. Slack (Dominique); his siblings-in-law, John Hurley (Joan) and Betty Fornicola Slack; and also Widower. He is also survived by several cousins and many nieces and nephews.
