He was predeceased by: his spouse Ruby Dell Mosley Williams; his child Linda A. Williams Nance; his parent Oscar Williams; and his sibling Jennie Holland. He is survived by: his parent Mary Hall Williams; his siblings, Oscar Williams, Abraham Williams, Thomas "Tim" Williams, Glenn W. Williams and Walter Burley; his children, Richard C. Williams, Jr. of Flemington, Rodney O. Williams of Lambertville, Eric W. Williams of Lambertville, Traver C. Williams of Lehighton, PA and Ronald Brown of Kansas City, MO; and his significant other Phyllis W. Cooper of Trenton. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and his many cousins, nieces and nephews.
