He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Bulger and Florence Shoemaker Bulger. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mitchell Bulger; and his children, Ann Bulger Minich, Eileen Bulger Molloy, John R. Bulger, Kevin A. Bulger and Matthew S. Bulger. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
