He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; and his parents, William Cosner and Audene Cosner. He is survived by: his brother Ralph; his nieces and nephews, Frank Jr. (Patty Jr.), Chris (Vivien) and Wayne (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Katie (Tyler), Mary Clare (Tyler), David (Kellie), Willie, Nicole, Daniel, Kendall, AJ and Liam. He is also survived by his father, three sons and grandchildren.
