He is survived by: his parent Jane Voorhees; his sibling Joan Partitie; his wife Linda Everett Voorhees; his daughters, Krystle Lynn Voorhees and Heather McConnell; his siblings, Janie Voorhees and James Voorhees; and his grandchildren, Cody Burd and Jared Burd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
