He is survived by: his wife Melynda Chaput; his children, Lyric and Jax; his stepchildren, Adia and Natalya; his parents, Amy Barendregt of Hanover and John J. Kelly of Weymouth; his siblings, Daniel Cocomazzi (Taylor) of Kingston, Lia Cocomazzi, Juli Cocomazzi of Hanover, Kerri Morgan of Rockland and Michael D. Cocomazzi of Florida; his stepfather Michael L. Cocomazzi of Kingston; and his grandparent Thomas A. O'Brien of Florida. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
