He is survived by: his wife Sally Jane Eustice of Nazareth, PA; his children, David Eustice of Phillipsburg, NJ, John Eustice of Bethlehem, PA and Karin Phillips (Jaime) of Jackson Twp; his grandchildren, Megan Reider, Derek Reider, Katie Kilroy and Nikki Mulhearn; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Johnson, Dylan, Brynn Kilroy and Charlotte Mulhearn.
