She was predeceased by: her parents, Zygmunt Szymkowscy and Eugenia Szymkowscy. She is survived by: her husband Wieslaw Szymczuk; her children, Sylwia Szymczuk of Jackson Twp and Dan Szymczuk of Jersey City, NJ; her grandson Ronell Bass, Jr.; and her sisters, Krystyna Zdrodowska of Poland, Ewa Budniak (Krzysztof) of Poland and Dorta Sienkiewicz of Poland.
