He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George William Michel Sr. and Marie Krumweide; his wife Gladys Ransom; his sons, Bill Michel III (Cindy) and Chris Michel (Amanda Richardson); his grandchildren, Amanda Desai (Nick) and Jaden Michel; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas and Julia Desai. He was also cherished by her "Grandpa" or "Poppop" his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
