It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cleveland Davis Jr. of Irvington, New Jersey, born in Blair, South Carolina, who passed away on June 11, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleave Davis and Ruby Davis; and his siblings, Clarence Davis, Charles Davis and Ida Mae Copeland.
He is survived by: his wife Diane D'Agostine of Rahway; his children, Tangi Porter of Atlanta, GA., Annette King of Newark and Anthony of Little River, S. C.; his sister Betty Hobson; his aunt Mary Everett; and his uncle Ezell Williams (Mezelle). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
