He is survived by: his children, Derek Chin-Sam, Peter Chin-Sam (Erika), Paul Chin-Sam (Danielle), Brian Chin-Sam and Pam Cordero; his grandchildren, Tyler, Lea, William, Tyanna, Johnathan, Kevin, Miranda, Jhaziel, Samuel, Luis Daniel and Joel; and his siblings, Rudolph, Cryil, Edgar, Philo and Lucille.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
