He is survived by: his wife Joann; his daughter Samantha (Andrea); and his sisters, Rizalina Garcia, Perla Bansil, Karina (Antonio Cabrera) and Clarissa (Tom Palma). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.

In lieu of flowers, his family requests that those who want to honor Noel consider donating to causes that promote children's health such as UNICEF and Save the Children.
