He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey Leal. He is survived by: his wife Judy (Hatten); his children, Joseph Leal Jr., Jean Heun (Kenneth) of Mt. Royal and Jenice Gonzalez (David) of Morris Plains; his grandchildren, Jayden, Erica Gonzalez and Joey Leal; and his great grandchildren, Gabby and Angie Leal.
Due to Covid restrictions masks are required at all times.
Memorial donations to Shriner's Hospitals for Children in Joe's name are preferred.
